Extremely hospitable staff, impressive and reasonably spacious room with pretty good lighting, the basics plus electric blanket. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

The rooms were all reasonably large and new-fashioned with a great bar. The location was good, for example, Harrietville Museum was within walking distance of the hotel.

I got value for money at this hotel. Greatly enjoyed the venue, its absolutely perfect location and my great-sized room. The place had a FAMILY atmosphere.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charming atmosphere and cleanliness of the rooms at this lovely motel. Despite its dated appearance, everything was in good working order and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, the room was soundproofed, and the hot water supply was excellent. The addition of electric blankets on the beds was a nice touch. We also appreciated the decent selection of TV channels and the provided DVD player. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food in the pub exceeded our expectations. They even went above and beyond by returning my daughter's lost purse. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this motel.

The hotel is situated in a serene location with easy access to nearby towns. Rooms are clean and spacious with electric blankets and extra thick blankets. The staff is helpful and the bistro serves tasty food at reasonable prices.

Wi-fi does not work in the rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was easy to find, and the hotel itself was quite clean. The best part about this place was the excellent service we received. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we needed to cancel and rebook our stay. They were also the friendliest staff we encountered during our entire holiday. The hotel had a bistro on-site, which was a great convenience. We were able to enjoy full meals without having to venture too far.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved the hotel's location with ample space in the room and nice surroundings. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a reliable hot water supply. Although the room was dated, everything worked well and the old-school charm added character. Additionally, the provision of hot chocolate was a nice touch, and the restaurant/bar area was welcoming with classic winter Olympic posters decorating the walls.

We had a fantastic time at this rustic country motel recently. The pool was a great feature and we loved being located so close to the beautiful mountains. The owners gave the place a personal touch that was refreshing and welcoming. Their local knowledge advice really allowed us to see the best parts of the surrounding area. The shower and bed were both comfortable and made our stay even more pleasant.

Unfortunately, there were a few downsides. the wifi only reached the pool area, which was inconvenient.

Great pub/restaurant. Warm welcome. Super cosy. Excellent food. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Perfect location for hiking/touring. Tesla supercharging station.
